Do you have memberships and multi-class packages?


Yes. You can attend a single class or purchase a package. We offer a 4-pack, an 8-pack, a 12-pack, and an unlimited monthly auto-pay membership. Check out our website for more information.

How can I reserve my space in a class?


Reservations can be made through The Boombox Studio mobile app or the website.

Can I cancel my reservation for a class?


Yes. Your reservation can be cancelled through The Boombox Studio mobile app or the website.

Is there a charge if I cancel my reservation  or don’t show up for a class?


If you cancel your reservation at least 12 hours before the scheduled start, there is no forfeiture or cancellation fee. If you cancel your class less than 12 hours before the class start or “no show”, the following will apply:

1. If you booked a single class, the class will be forfeited.
2. If you have a package, the class will be deducted from your package.
3. If you have a monthly unlimited membership, a $15 late-cancel / no-show fee will be charged to your account.

What if I am late to class?


To ensure safety and prevent disruptions, clients cannot attend a class if they are more than five minutes late after class start. Please arrive on time so we can help set up your station and provide the best workout possible.

When do packages expire?


All packages expire 30 days after the date purchased.

How can I cancel my membership?


We ask for 30 days notice when requesting a membership cancellation or freeze. Cancellations must be done in person.

What amenities do you offer?


We offer towel service, complimentary Verve coffee, fruit, and tea. We also provide a variety of premium body products, organic tampons, and body wipes available in the restroom. There is a changing room located next to the lockers as well. We also sell Apres protein shakes for $5.

Do you offer personal training?


Yes. Contact us by phone or by email if you are interested in personal training. Private training sessions are held during non class times.

How often should I attend classes?


Attending our classes three to five times a week is ideal to achieve and maintain your health and fitness goals.

What other workouts complement classes at the Boombox?


We recommend incorporating spin, yoga, and pilates for a well-rounded routine.

Do you provide meal plans?


No. If you are interested in a personalized meal plan, please contact our partner, Dr. Michaela Falkner, ND. Exercise coupled with a custom-tailored nutrition plan can improve performance and expedite results.

Do you sell water?


No. To reduce waste, we have a water bottle fill station available. We recommend bringing a reusable water bottle, but we do have paper cups available.
