Turn up the volume on your workout with our signature small group training. Join a team of six for heavy lifting and bursts of cardio—designed to burn fat and build muscle. Our trainers will help modify each workout to ensure you’re getting what you want (and need) out of The Boombox experience.
Press play on a new kind of workout. Join us Monday evenings for a small group circuit-style class that incorporates boxing time on The Boombox bag. Each circuit station includes metabolic training to maximize calorie burn during and after your workout. Sweat the funk out and start your week right.
What is hump day without a little bump? Join us every Wednesday evening for an ass-kicking workout to themed playlists. In true Boombox fashion, you’ll train in small groups of six with cardio and weight training focused on glutes, quads and calves. And because we refuse to take ourselves too seriously, don’t be surprised to see the occasional twerk break.
Do you even lift, bro? No? That’s perfect. In The Buff, you will learn how to lift heavy and build muscle--safely and effectively. Whether you are looking to bulk or tone, you’ll learn how to adjust your weights and reps to reach your goals. Every week, we’ll encourage you to lift a bit heavier. Not only will The Buff help you build muscle, it will also improve bone density and burn fat.
The Box but at lunch! Power up. This boxing circuit style class incorporates cardio, weight training, and time on the bag. Each station will incorporate metabolic training to create caloric burn during movement and rest. (This class is only 40 minutes.)
Raise your heartbeat to the beat. This class puts the intensity in high intensity training. With music bumping, you can expect lots of jumping in this cardio based class. Limited breaks, a 200 bpm playlist, and the occasional dance off, you will leave exhausted and dripping sweat.
